NEW TO GREENVALLEYS MOUNTAIN BIKE PARK?
Let our trained instructors set you up for good times! Our Instructors will help build a solid foundation of riding skills where you can progress to the next level. From beginners to seasoned pros, GreenValleys is all about training and trails. To help you make the most of your first visit we’ve answered some of the common questions we receive from riders
WHAT IS A GRAVITY DAY?
A Gravity Day is our social open day where we run shuttles and give riders the opportunity to experience our unique mountain bike playground.
HOW DO I BOOK TO RIDE?
Booking is easy although we quite often sell out months in advance. Our available dates are on our "Whats On" page.
You have to book for a Gravity Day online, you can't just turn up and pay on the day. We are generally open every 2nd weekend and we limit the amount of riders into the park to 40 riders only for a Gravity Day. Go to our "Book To Ride" page to get a spot
I CANT FIND A DATE ON THE BOOKING CALENDAR?
That's because we are not open or we have sold out. Our booking calendar only displays our available dates. If a spot is available for a gravity day or clinic, it comes up as a black number on the calendar. A blank calendar means nothing is available. Our advertised gravity days and clinics sell out quickly.
CAN I SELF SELF SHUTTLE AT GREENVALLEYS?
No. Riders can not use their own vehicles to do shuttle runs. Out of respect for our neighbours, and for safety reasons we do not allow self shuttling at the park.
CAN I ACCESS THE PARK WHEN IT IS NOT OPEN?
Only Greenvalleys Mountain Bike Club Members can access the park anytime during daylight hours excluding event days. A Gravity Day is not considered an event day.
If it's your first time accessing the park outside of our open days, please contact us prior to your visit for further instructions.
HOW DO I JOIN GREENVALLEYS MOUNTAIN BIKE CLUB?
Greenvalleys Mountain Bike Club is a not for profit incorporation under Mountain Bike Australia (MTBA). To join go to the MTBA website. More information is on our MEMBERSHIP page.
WHAT BIKE IS BEST FOR GREENVALLEYS?
We are a gravity and freeride based park so recommend a full suspension bike to make the most of the trails.
WHAT HAPPENS IF IT'S RAINING?
We always closely monitor and gauge the weather forecast for our ride days and how it will impact your experience at the park as well as the integrity of the trails under the conditions. In the event of the weather being deemed hazardous, we will notify riders through our social media channels and provide full refunds.
