Development Programs

Finally, a weekly grommie's program for mountain biking at Greenvalleys! 

  • The current sessions will be held over 3 days, time depending on the level riders are participating in.

  • Leg Saver shuttles will be running and available for parents/guardians to purchase passes and cut some laps whilst their little shredder is doing their thing with our legendary instructors (must book in)

  • Riders in the Gravity Groms group will need to have a full face helmet and a Leg Saver pass for any shuttled runs (Leggies pass will need to be purchased separately on the day or use one from a previous Leggies day). More info on Leg Savers here

  • Riders will need a guardian on site at all times (no drop off, unless under the supervision of another trusted guardian)

Gravity groms Lv 1

For riders aged 10+ years.

Run over 3 days, for  session program is for the ambitious and confident gravity rider. 

Full Face helmet & Leg Saver shuttle pass is required*

Our skilled instructors will cover;

  •  Body Position

  •  Cornering

  •  Braking

  •  Trail Awareness

  •  Steep Descents

  • And more

Duration: 3 x 2.5hr sessions  (will need to purchase/use a separate Leg Saver shuttle pass)

Time: 9am - 11.30am

Cost: $290 (inc GST)

For riders who have previously graduated from GG Lv. 1, completed a Youth Park 101 in the last 6 months or had private coaching equivalent.

This 3 consecutive days, 2hr session program is for the ambitious and confident gravity rider, who has already completed Lv. 1 GG (or equivalent)

​Full Face helmet & Leg Saver shuttle pass is required*

​Our skilled instructors will cover more advanced applications & refine current skills, of what was previously taught on:

  • Body Position

  • Cornering

  • Braking

  • Steep Descents

  • Line choice

  • And more

With the focus on the rider creating more flow, confidence and application of skills on the trails.

Riders will need to have (or purchase) a separate Leg Savers pass (punch card for shuttles).
Leg Saver passes can be purchased for $50 (cash only, sorry, no EFT) which has 6 punch stamps on them (these cards can also be used after the clinic to continue riding the trails, or saved for another time to be used during Leg Savers as they do not expire. They can also be shared amongst riders*).

We anticipate 2-3 runs per GGLv2 session. 
 
For those GG Lv. 2 riders who are competing in the NSW state GE event, we will be running specific track training coaching sessions, following the morning training from 12-3pm. This will need to be booked under the Race Ready clinic and we are offering a special discount for our GGLv2 riders - please contact us if you have not received the info via email.
